Kill matrix

In the stats for a match it would be nice to have a kill matrix, i.e. who killed who - this would be useful for analysing opening duels and the like.

Example: how to quickly check which teams awper did better in head to heads

It could either be a full matrix (i.e. including team kills) or reduced with team A v team B matrix.

Full matrix: 10x10 each row is player who killed, each column player who died (this each value is the row killed column X times)
Reduced matrix: 5x5 one team for rows, one team for column - each value is A killed B, B killed A in a box

Example reduced matrix:

Player 1 killed player alpha 5 times, and player alpha killed player 1 4 times.
